Which is the better Haswell board for overclocking: Z87 Extreme4 or MSI Z87-G41 PC Mate?

I'm looking for an inexpensive board that works with i5-4670k and this Crucial RAM (2x8GB) BLT8G3D1608ET3LX0.

I had a bad experience with a Z77 Extreme4 (defective) so I'm considering something new this time. Don't know if I was really unlucky or if that is fairly typical for ASRock.

I've had no problems with my mobo (Z77 EX4 sother than some BIOS issues I worked with them on and were straightened out, I currently run a 3570K on it 24/7 and can run stable at 5, have also built about 25+ on the mobo, have had another 40-50 buy on my recommendation with no problems, regardless, I primarily only build on the big three and look to ASRock first then it's a toss between Asus and GB, think GB w/ a slight advantage. I'm the opposite of you, I had so many problems with the MSI boards I now refuse to touch them for a build. Have worked on a number of them since, and heard additional stories of DOA, no support and have seen them die within six months.
