ASROCK Motherboard not showing temperature

Hey all, I recently built my own computer with an ASROCK extreme4 motherboard. It used to show the cpu temp on a small screen inside of the case, but now it starts up when I boot windows, then shuts off. Any idea what is causing this?

The Z77? and are you talking an LED on the mobo? is so those are post codes as it goes through, if it stops on one, that should be an error code

Correct, its the small LED on the z77 motherboard. They start up and stay up while in BIOS, then shut down once I get into windows. While in BIOS, it displays the code A6. Is the LED shutting of once in windows intentional?
