Hi guys,
I am a new member and I would like to ask you all for advice. I have to admit that I am not that well informed in terms of PC benchmarks but I understand the basics and right now I am kind of lost with building my PC workstation for 3DS MAX + Vray.

I have been following for a few weeks all forums about the fastest RIGs for 3D modeling and rendering but I am still confused as what would be the best configuration for these tasks.

Here are some of the configurations I have found:

Dual Intel® Xeon® CPUs (3.6 GHz) …(with as much cores as possible)
NVIDIA Quadro k4000 (3 GB)
ASUS MB (for dual CPU)
32 GB DDR3 1600 ECC REG
512 GB SSD Storage
2 TB HD
Obsidian Series® 550D Mid-Tower Quiet Case
COOLER
DVD/RW
Audio

Intel® Core™ i7-4770R Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.90 GHz) ….(with as much cores as possible)
GeForce® GTX TITAN
ASUS MB
32 GB DDR3 1600 ECC REG
512 GB SSD Storage
2 TB HD
Obsidian Series® 550D Mid-Tower Quiet Case
COOLER
DVD/RW
Audio

I am an architect and basically just need a great workstation that works without problems with big 3D models, heavy rendering tasks and Autodesk Revit + CAD applications.

I would really appreciate your help!
THANKS!
