I'm planning on buying a Macboook Pro (15" w/ Retina Display) and I was wondering how to install Windows 7 and get rid of OS X completely so there's no sign of it on there (basically, I'm hoping that, if not for the exterior, you'd think it was bought running Windows 7). I know there's Bootcamp, but I don't think that it can do what I want it to do. I was also wondering when to expect the next update for the Macbook Pro (really hoping to see new GPU on there.

You can use Parallels also in addition to Boot Camp. I don't think you can just format the system and install Windows 7 on it clean.

Haha yeah I know. Money isn't a major issue and I really like the Macbook Pro other than the the fact that it uses OS X (I like the performance, display, form factor, etc.). Ok thanks, I'll look into Parallel. You sure there isn't a way to run it clean?

Never seen a MAC with only Windows 7 installed and never heard of one, but I also only deal with the things at work don't play with them much.
