what watercooling would i need?

also, is my m5a97 pro good enough? I have a 750w power supply

I'm quite new to manual overclocking, so what would i need to put for the settings to optimize it and get 5ghz?

currently running 4.2ghz (the "turbo" mode) and hitting 59degrees C at 95% load (I do alot of background processes)

cheers :)

Ry and I are good friends as well. You have really nice PC there. Have you done any comparative scores with 3Dmark 11 or any test for that matter against any Intel set-up with the same GPU as you have?

looks like you're already hitting the upper limits of your cpu at current. max temp for fx range is said to be 62 degrees C, so running at 59 at 95% load is cutting it a bit fine. Cooler definately should be upgraded before you do anything. Are you on stock cooler or aftermarket?
