If you want to SLI / Crossfire later, buy another one later. ATI cards don't crossfire well.

Everything else is good enough. I kept PSU big on purpose.

Where are you buying? Prices vary throughout the Eurozone. Additionally, is gaming the only planned application, and do you wish to overclock?

The first of the two would be superior, though it's not optimal for gaming. Based on those prices, I would suggest (if this does in fact fall within your range):
CPU: Intel Core I5-4670k
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme4
RAM: 8GB (2x4) Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 1600mhz
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 128GB
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 770 (with the Windforce x3 cooler) or ASUS GTX 770 (with the DirectCU II cooler)
Case: Corsair 200R (or NZXT Phantom 410, if money allows)
PSU: XFX Core Edition 650w
Optical Drive: LiteOn iHas 124-04
