Anyway that one of these http://www.newegg.ca/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=EN... PSUs could handle a i7 4770 AND A GTX 770 (yeah that sounds unplausible)

Thanks

None of them.
You need 600W for that configuration. 500W might do, but 600W is optimal.

Yeah that would work.

But I am not sure about PSU quality though. Depends on you.

That's clearly a major problem. The thing is that I want to build a mini-ITX gaming PC with the small Silverstone SG05, I want to get the maximum space I can but running something like a GtX770 with a 450W isn't possible. I think I'll go with the SG06 more room to fit a regular ATX PSU. Thanks for helping. :)

The ebay psu will not work the unit uses 4 12V rails with 8A per rail. So you only have 96W per rail. Which can be overloaded easily. If you want to do a i7, 770 itx build you'll have to find a itx case that fits a standard atx or sfx psu.

Why don't you go for Mid ATX system? That is still small enough and would help us all in making you a better one.

Anyways, if you are satisfied you might want to get the thread solved.

The sfx psu in the itx cases is mor powerful that any in you first list. The 450W psu has 36A on one 12V rail. That's 432W just that rail. It a lot better than lower quality 500W psu can do.

I live in a very small room (student), and I'm likely to move around a lot so the smaller the case the better.

Check out the Cooler Master Elite 120. It's a itx case that looks like the Silverstons but a little bigger so it fits a atx psu.

I've already taken in consideration the CM Elite 120, but as I said those few cms and grams are very important.
