I am freaking panicking I was reapplying thermal paste and before I did that i lifted up my cpu to check for any random fibers inbetween the cpu and the mobo and their was none so I put my cpu down latch it apply the thermal paste and the system would turn on and shut off, so I tried the 1 stick of ram method and that worked so I turned it off and tried the other stick alone and it worked, then I repeated for every ram slot and it worked but didn't work for 2, so i stuck in 1 and manually changed the ram bios for the defaults of my ram and that didn't work, so when I was putting in my second ram my finger twitched and I touched the mobo by the ram slot and I didn't think anything of it but when I powered it on with 1 stick it just turns on, everything flicks on, the mobo doesn't make out any numbers on the mobo number thing (I cant think of the name) the bios 1 light goes on and then the bios 2 light goes on and then it shuts off (ALL WITHIN A SECOND) and idk what to do I have taken mostly everything off (connectors) including the gpu, hdd, disk tray and it still does nothing, I think I might have shorted it and I have no clue on what to do because I can't afford a mobo right now
