Hey, recently i've been playing World of Warcraft with great fps. I was going away for 1 hour and I didn't turn off my computer. When I came back, my FPS was dropped to 20 from 70. I tried to log on again this morning and hopefully it would fix the problem, but no. I still have the issue from yesterday. Anyone know why?

CPU: i7 3930k
GPU: Gtx 680
RAM: 16gb

Yeah, I turned it off when I was asleep. It was turned off for about 13hours.

Check Task Manager and the Nvidia Control Panel to see how much load the CPU/GPU are under at idle, your system may have become infected with a bitcoin malware.

Found out something.
I was playing Public Test in World of warcraft to test the new gear. I tried to log on the Retail wow, and I get 120 FPS. I'll try to reininstall public test. I will report back ASAP!

No, you are not infected, (neither is the system ;)  ), this type of malware will usually take all the GPU it can grab, leading to an idle use of up to 100% with the fans running accordingly fast.
