i have thermeltake 450W lite power, is that enough to run the amd hd 7850 without problems?

No, it says minimum 500watt.

Yes, it could. It is made by FSP, which may explain its excellent performance.

The "500W" requirement is an attempt (often in vain) to account for all the liar-labeled junk out there, like Apevia, Raidmax, Diablotek, Logisys, etc.

I ran an overclocked 7850 with a 400W seasonic gold psu.
It is borderline if your cpu and other components are not low power.
An underpowered psu will manifest itself with random system reboots/shutdowns (triggering ocp or uvp).
Usually happening when you fire up a video game, or a browser adobe flash video kicks in.

Point is, as others suggested, a quality psu will likely handle it (assuming your cpu and other components aren't monsters).
Higher wattage psu == piece of mind

Hey i am also the user of hd 7850oc. i have a Intex 450 watt psu and it runs very well with overclocking i will suggest to use ur gpu with ur thrmalake 450watt psu

That Thermaltake is a new model, MUCH better than older Thermaltake units. Built by FSP, the review at HardwareSecrets clearly indicated it is a good PSU, quite enough for your HD7850.
