FX-8120 overclocking help

I have an AMD FX-8120 which is automatically set to 3.1ghz however I want to clock it further, I have a standard AMD CPU cooler so I was just wondering how far I could overclock it to with the standard cooler without it having a panic attack and dying on me?

I'll be using it for video editing/rendering, photo editing, gaming, multi-tasking and normal computing
