Is the Corsair GS800 2013 enough for a Gygabite GTX 770 and a AMD FX 8350?

Absolutely. You really would only need ~600w.

Ok and which its better betwen these GS800 TX750V2 TX750M or Seasonic M12II 750 for this CPU and GPU

As far as I know Corsair PSUs are basically Seasonic PSUs with some Corsair stuff on it.
Could be wrong though.

As far as i know too u are right but some of them are made by Corsair(i think the G series and the CX)
