Corsair cases are solid but you need to look into their airflow. Some of the cases are really poor for aircooling. Aside from that the build looks good to me.

For that build you only need an $80 motherboard. This would do everything you need it to do based on the specs you listed: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Also,
Quote:
CM thunder/ Corsair GS (80~90usd)
<-- What is that? A Corsair GS is an SSD but you listed the SSD later in the list.

What software are you using to edit the photos? (That can affect GPU choice)

Also, what resolution monitor are you using?

Something to consider: There is about a 10% performance difference between that i7 and the best i5, but there is about a 40% price difference.

This may be a good case for you:

It has one USB 3.0 port on the front.

I took the name from the price sheet (lowyat price list 2013 June)
I mean, CM/corsair is better for my spect, especially my GPU.

Edit software, if possible, a free one or a crack one.

Monitor, trying finding the price of 120hz 23inch full HD 1080p, but fail.
If cant find a 120hz, might change my gpu to gtx670 leadtek (348usd) since the maximum fps for screen is 60...

Because of reusing old HDD, another 30+usd i able to get 120gb ssd, which gives super speed for boot.load. especially Microsoft and booting while rushing project

For the casing, i might go with silver stone precision ps05

Looks good, however if you are not rendering you might get a i5 instead of a i7.
