I had put together this build for a non gaming PC mainly for Photoshop and some light video editing. Suggestions from online store from whom I am purchasing from have been to rather use i7-4770K with GIGABYTE GA-Z87-D3HP Mobo. I am not sure whether that this will really add any value. Very little price difference between the 3770K and 4770K or the motherboards from the vendor.
