Should I get a PCIe network adapter or a USB one

Any suggestion for any PCIe adapter?
And should I get that or this

Ill be using ethernet cable to plug into that USB

USB one as it is more convenient to use.

if it is a stationary computer then get a pcie adapter.

I'm looking in term of speed, which other card could be used to compare to the USB

usb adapters are typically limited to usb 2.0, slower than gigabit that PCIe can easily do... USB only when convenience, not speed is needed.
