It's OK, but you didn't really need to buy a top of the line FX CPU just to pair it up with an entry level gaming graphics card.
It can handle much more.

Kind of.

The 8350 is good for gaming, and obviously the top of the AMD chain.

However, that 7770 is going to hold you back quite significantly in newer games such as Crysis 3, Battlefield 3, Far Cry 3 etc.

Additionally, you'll need to upgrade to 8gb of RAM in the near-future, as 4gb of RAM isn't really considered to be enough for extreme gaming.

EDIT: Exactly what Kamen said. Pairing a 8350 with a 7770 isn't ideal. Pairing a 6350 with a 7850 would've been better, but you live and learn, so don't worry about it too much!
