i5 3470 3.2 ghz
asus radeon hd 7850 dc2t oc 2gb ddr5
160 gb hd
4x2 kingston hyperX beast
gigabyte z77-dh3

so i am a noob at these stuff and just built my own pc and got a cooler master case "k280" which comes with the 500w psu, my cpu's temp is around 43 to 59 degrees celcius max on idle , it reaches the 59 once it doens't stay on 59 but reaches it i am in a room with 30 degrees o temp. so i just want to know if the psu is ok for my rig or i should buy a new one , and is the cpu's temp ok or high for idle , thank you

With the room temp being at 30c, you can expect the temps to be a bit higher. 43c to 59c at idle, seems to be a bit high, but not critical. You really won't see any recommendations for that PSU, but it came with the case. If you opt for a new one, Corsair, Seasonic, XFX, PC Power & Cooling, and Antec are all good quality PSU's.

Well you're not wrong, but where the power supply is placed inside the case - whether it's top mounted or bottom mounted, can be critical in determining how your system's air flows. Read this: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cooling-airflow-heatsink,3053.html

i put a fan next to the case and the temperatures now reach 50 max and are around 39 to 43 while downloading on steam , so does this mean anything , if the problem is not the psu its the temp of my room , or a faulty cpu fan? , also i already bought the case with the psu , do i need to replace it , will it damage my computer or can i continue using it?

IT is 1997 rpm , also temperatures in bios are cpu: 37, system 38 , thats when downloading on steam and on core temp temperatures of 4 core are 40 and more , i think gigabyte's easy tune 6 is more accurate right?
