Suggestions on my computer build

Hi, guys! I'm planning to build a new gaming computer and I need suggestions and recomendations before I order the parts! This is what I'm planning to buy:

Asus Maximus V Gene Motherboard
Ivy Bridge Core i7-3770K (3.5 GHz)
Gigabyte nVidia GTX 680
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB DDR3-1600 (2x8GB) (RAM)
CoolerMaster GX 750 Watts
Cooler Master CM690 II Plus (Case)
Cooler Master V6 Cooler
128 SSD
1TB HDD

Coolermaster is iffy on the quality of their psu's. Buy a XFX or Seasonic instead.
A single 680 system only needs 550W.

The i7 is better for video editing. If you are just gaming get the i5-3570K and save a few dollars.
8GB is the sweet spot for memory.

Might be able to use the money saved for a 770 instead.

Thanks, I think I'll buy Seasonic PSU! I forgot to mention that I'll do a lot of virtualization (Because I'm gonna start an MCITP certification course and I'll need to pratice a lot with VM) thats why I'm plannig to get the i7 with 16 GB RAM.
