Hello, I need 7 fans for my case. I will use them with a fan controller and since corsair has got a discount in my local pc store I chose them. But there are a lot of corsair fan models. I like the SP quiet and the Af buth quit and performance. I need them for my case and the SP performance is just too loud. I cant decide is the SP or AF is better for case fans

If its cooling your case enough, you may want the SPs. But really, since you just answered your question and said they're too loud, I'd go for the AFs.

UPDATE: Plus 7 fans is enough even if you get something worse than the AFs. I have 9 fans on mine:

-3 Ultra Rogue
-2 Corsair
-4 Cooler Master

The Ultra Rogues came with the case, 2 in front, 1 in back. The 4 Cooler master are bolted to the side panel which has 4 120mm slots, and the corsair are part of my H100i which is on top. Btw the H100i is sucking air in, so cooler outside air, cools off the liquid coolant, while bringing nice cool air into the case.

I dont really know how static pressure works and if it will be a good choice to get the SP quiet for my case or I have to get AF fans

I´d only go for SP fans if I would need them for a radiator or if a very fine ribbed mesh or something. In all other cases I´d go for the AF fans.
As for Quiet Edition vs High Performance: As fas as I know (almost) the only difference is the maximum RPM.
The HP fans might be a bit louder at their minimum RPM, though.
But with that many case fans the QE might do just fine. Or maybe get 6 QE fans and one HP or something.

I think that I will get 7 AF Performance fans. Do you think that I will need a fan controller to lower the fans speed(if they are too noisy)? I cant realy hear it from the videos since there is a lot of background noise.

Probably not, especially if they are 4 pin connectors. 4 pin fans allow for software to control the speeds. If they are 3 pin, its your choice. I have fan controllers that came with my case. It has off, low, and high. They come in handy as you can (for the most part) definitely know if they are running at their best. I always run them on high because it doesn't bother me and everything runs 5ºC cooler with them on high versus low. I actually like the fan noise, it makes my computer feel like its really there and working. ^_^
