What Is the best GTX 670 Brand?

The GTX 670 seems to have a lot of brands, and I have a hard time choosing :p I heard the Zotac, Asus, and Gigabyte versions are all excellent. Please keep in mind that I am also concerned about overclocking.

Why are you even considering a GTX 670 when the GTX 770 is out and it's the same price as a 670 and faster than a 680? GTX 670s still are roughly $400. Same price as the GTX 770.

Why are you assuming OP is American? They may be, but then they may not. Prices vary a lot by location. Here, a GTX770 is still a fair bit more expensive than a GTX670.
