The PSU you have chosen is an obsolete, inefficient design. Though it is actually capable of 500W, it isn't a good choice. Select a modern unit made by Seasonic (their own, XFX, some Antec, some PC Power & Cooling, some Corsair), FSP (their own, some Antec), Delta (some Antec), or Super Flower (Rosewill Capstone). The Capstone in particular is inexpensive for what you get. The Corsair "CX" line was not made by Seasonic. Only the modular versions use all-Japanese capacitors; the others use some inferior Samxon capacitors that don't like heat and are known to fail early. Fine in light-duty office builds, I wouldn't put one in a gamer.
If that MSI mobo does not have heatsinks on its VRMs, select one that does instead. Cheap MSI boards use underpowered VRMs that may pop under load.

That would be an excellent PSU choice. XFX units are made by Seasonic.
