Sure, try an adapter such as this:

Just plug into the 4 pin Molex with a Molex extension and use the pig-tail for your attachment to the battery. You can use the 4 pin PWM connection to control fan speed if using 4 pin, PWM fans, or just ignore it. The extra pin on the fan connectors does not need to be connected to your fans to make use of it as a normal 3 pin power connection.
