PC randomly dies

To be more precise, the monitor goes blank, but the PC stays on completely unresponsive and I have to reboot. This happened twice in a row while in a video game. Was hearing weird noises consistent with fan failure a few weeks ago, but they went away after cleaned out all the dust. I downloaded HWMonitor, and this is what I got:

Any idea what might be going on? Is it the fan failing so the PC overheats or something entirely different?

What game(s) are you playing? I think your PC is overheating and resetting itself.

Dota 2. Not particularly demanding, and has never caused issues before. Temperatures seem fine, I tried running prime95 and the temperatures jumped maybe 20 degrees but never went over 75-80. Maybe it's the graphics card or power supply?

The PC doesn't reset itself, the sound freezes up, monitor goes black and I have to reboot. It only happens in the game, nowhere else.

Seems it was the GPU, took it out and cleaned it thoroughly and seems to be working fine (for now). But definitely need to be thinking towards buying a new one.
