If I can max out Crysis 3 @1920x1080 and get 30-60+ fps at all times, do you think my computer will run Battlefield 4 on it's highest settings at 1080p with smooth framerates?

At the moment, the most hardware-demanding PC game is Crysis 3. But Battlefield 4 is expected to surpass it.

Core i7 3770K @4.0 GHz
16GB DDR3 RAM
MSI Big Bang Mpower Z77 motherboard
Dual Nvidia GeForce GTX 680's (2GB) in SLI

You won't have a problem. I don't even think that Battlefield 4 will be more demanding than Crysis 3. You're good to go. Unless you want the best of the best get a pair of 780s.

BF4 looks only slightly better than BF3, and the gameplay trailer was run on 2560x1600 with two HD 7990's in CrossfireX.

The GTX 780's are a watered-down version of the Nvidia Titan.

The Titans are the best of the best, and next year they will be made obsolete by the Maxwells.
