Hi,

I own a set of Sennheiser PC360 headset with mic and have just ordered a set of Corsair SP2500 Speakers,

My problem is I want to be able to use them at the same time in either (or both) of the follow ways.

Headset plugged in via jacks and speakers plugged in via however they plug in so sound is coming through both, doing this by simply turning the speakers on, or off on the control device, is this possible?

The second query, is it possible for sound to be coming from both devices, though voice out of the headset (from me) and voice into the headset (from others on team speak) is only heard through the head set, whilst the game/music go through the speakers, is that possible, and simple to set up?

I currently don't have a sound card, so recommendations for one would be nice, if one is needed, I don't do music editing or anything, just gaming, web surfing and listening to music would be its purpose.

My motherboard is an Asus Rampage IV Extreme x79 edition.

Thanks.

they are both possible.

1. is simply a setting in the advanced settings in Realtek Audio manager. You select "Make front and rear output devices playback two different audio streams simultaneously".
2. i believe this is related to 1 and you would setup that teampspeak comes through the audio stream for the front jack in the teamspeak options. Not so sure on how that works since I don't use the program.
