I'm probally doing this in the wrong order, but I figured my system spces out BEFORE choosing a motherboard. They look extremly complicated and I'd rather have an expert (Or someone who knows what they are talking about) Pick one for me. So I have:
-AMD athlon x4 750k quad core processor
-Radeon HIS 7770 video card
-4gb ddr3-1600 ram (1 stick)
-cooler master 450w power supply
-windows 7
-7200rpm 3.5" 160 gb SATA hard drive
-Dvd-rom optical drive SATA

Mouse, keyboard, monitor

I really need help picking a motherboard as I am clueless in this field! Thanks!

(I don't care if its USB 3.0 enabled.)

If you don't want to OC the 750k then that FM2-A75MA-E35 is more than enough for your needs. If you do, then at least get this one : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157334

"Onboard Video Chipset: Supported only by CPU with integrated graphic" : it means the graphic outputs on the back of the board are only usable when an APU is placed on. In that case, those ports act like bridges to stream graphic from the IGP inside an APU to monitors. Since you already have a 7770, you don't even need to care about those ports, just use ports on the back of that 7770. The Athlon ii 750k and HD7770 can run on all FM2 boards without any problems.
