Solution
The 2x4GB set, less stress on the MC (memory controller) than going 4x2GB, both ways run in Dual Channel..Both are good sets, but you'll get better performance with the 2x4GB

Well, the best RAM?:??: It depends on the amount of memory you are looking to upgrade and likewise, the amount of memory depends on the applications you run or/ intend to run. Anything between 8GB-16GB would be more than enough for any software's even memory intensive applications like video rendering. Above 16GB of memory is just a future proof and you wouldn't notice any difference in performance and most consider that as an "overkill".

So let me know the memory size or kit you are looking for like 16GB (2 x 8GB) or 8GB (2 x 4GB) etc. Always try to get the Highest frequency with the lowest latency possible for the corresponding frequency. (I hope that makes sense). You can try 1600MHz or 1866MHz. Anything above is not worth it.

What you need to look at isn't so much the best the mobo can handle which realistically is 4x8GB 2400, what you need to look at is what your CPU can handle which would prob be 2x8GB 1866, would suggest GSkill Tridents F3-1866C8D-16GTX or Snipers F3-1866C9D-16GSR....or go to 4x8GB 1600 and again either Tridents or Snipers, F3-1600C7Q-32GTX or F3-1600C9Q-32GSR

To achieve higher freq DRAM need a unlocked 'K' model CPU

i look for : G.skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600 CL9 1.50v
or : G.SKILL Ripjaws Z Series 8GB (4 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 CL9 1.50v
.... I do not know the best of them !! I need your advice in choosing between them. :)
Sorry for bad English again :D

See the above post by Tradesman1. That should clear your doubt.
