I recently bought a Radeon 7950 Vapor-x edition and decided that i wanted to overclock it. I didnt mess with the voltage, and my results were 1080/1350. I looked up results that other people got and i saw numbers in the 1100's. I was just wondering if this was within the margin of error or if there is something holding the card back.

You can overvolt it with Afterburner, I recommend downloading the latest beta, as that is quite stable imo.
You'll need to go into settings and enable "unlock voltage control". I was able to increase voltage to 1.25 and get max official overclocks. I recommend increasing clocks in integers of 25mhz and if you get artifacts, go back down and do more tests. Good luck!

I can almost guarantee there is almost 0 difference between 1080 mhz and 1100 mhz. If you want higher clocks, you'll have to increase the voltage. Probably .1v will get you that extra 20mhz if you really want it.
