so im looking at getting a new motherboard for my new build and im not sure which of these is better since its not much of a price difference. im still pretty new to this so id like opinions .id like to save any money possible so if they are the same id like to know :p

so theres no real performance differences or anything that sets them apart really? and is it a safe buy? like i dont want to buy it and in a year it will be outdated :p i dont know what amd is doing the the pci 3.0 stuff but anyway think it will last a while?
