Bottleneck? / Aftermarket Fan Needed?

I have two main questions here:

First, will the AMD FX-4350 bottleneck the HIS Radeon HD 7850 2GB? (Or the other way around?)

Second, should I purchase an aftermarket fan for the same processor?

No, I don't think I'll be overclocking. My motherboard is this.


Well, I went with the FX-4350 because it's 4 cores at 4.2GHz while the FX-6300 is 6 cores at 3.5GHz. I'm not gonna do much multi-tasking. Mainly, I'll be using Skype and some other game.

Oh, what aftermarket fan should I buy? My case is this, if that helps with the dimension constraints.
