Go with the i5-3570K the performance difference between it and the 4670K is for the most part in the iGPU there are much better things you could do with that 70 bucks. The GPU's are more interesting mohsan456 has failed to notice that the 7870xt is a tahiti LE board do to its high clock rate its very very close to a 7950 at stock clock rates. The 7950 you chose how ever has a clock that 100 mhz higher then the reference boards so i would expect it to be a good bit faster then the 7870xt and it should have a bit more over clocking head room too. If your gaming at 1080p you would probably be happy with ether card but if your gaming at 1440p you should go for the 7950. I would think about getting an SSD that 70 bucks you would save going...

I'd suggest the intel i5 3570k because it overclocks better than the 4670k and if you are using it for gaming the Radeon 7950 is much superior card and you can overclock it to get much more performance.

I would also suggest picking up a few more case fans that case only has one 12c fan and if i was over clocking i would want better cooling. I suggest picking up 1 14cm and two 12cm fans it shouldn't cost more then $20 and you will have much better air flow through your case.

PS. why the difference in optical drives?
