Its becoming apparent that my BIOS wont let me set my SSD as my boot drive for some reason. So, lets say i put BF3 on it alone, will it make that specific game any faster?

Solution

Yes, loading times and saves will be fast. (Especially with an SSD without an OS on it, the more storage, the slower it will become)

SSDs will only improve load times for games. They will do nothing to improve your ingame FPS.

Agreed, so it will better if ssd used as OS drive (and add one or two games there if there still enough room)..

Improvement u get from making it OS drive is much more than a game drive....
