Updating MSI Z77a G45 BIOS

Hello Tom's Hardware. I have been informed that updating my BIOS will solve a problem I am currently having, however, I have no idea how to update them? Can anyone link a good video or text tutorial or help me update the BIOS?

I have downloaded the latest driver from this link, what do I do from here?

it's really simple, just go on the MSI website, grab the 2.10 (2.A on the website) version, put all the file on a usb drive and go in bios with this key plugged in, under the Utility tab you'll have "M-FLASH", select update from USB key and pick the bios on the key then wait and it's done !!

PS: if i remember correctly, computer reboot 2 time to apply the update correctly and test it
