Hey guys/gals,

As you can see in the title, I have broken one of the integrated screws of my brand new Hyper212X's retention brakect yesterday while tightening it too much I guess. (yea... stupid me :/  )
to be honest I tightened all of them equally as far as I know, but the last one turn out to be broken so easily. maybe it was somehow bad out of factory I have no idea...

Anyways...

Does anybody have an idea if its possible to replace the screw with a new one or if I can purchase just he bracket "somehow" as I cant return it due "mounting failure" lol as its clearly my fault... sadly :(

Thanks in advance.

I was going to buy a new 212 evo and I found out that 212 X is a refurbished improved version of 212 evo and it was recently out in my country, so here we are... But as you can see either I got unlucky or the materials used are more fragile/gentle.

And I dont think retailer will accept it back due to user failure :(

thanks for the support :)  but I dont live in U.S.

I went down to the retail shop today and they were very helpful. They switched the broken bracket from an unopened box of 212X :D  I guess as you told it was worth for a try. Now I end up with a brand new bracket ^_^

Thanks for the help.
