Need a new cooler air cooling or liquid cooling?

I've got an AMD Phenom II X6 1055t clocked at 2.8Ghz and its stock cooler is so loud that I have to use headphones every time I use my computer. So here's the deal: Xigmatek Gaia (the cheapest 120mm air cooler) costs 40$ and Corsair H60 (liquid cooler) costs 75$. Which of these 2 is more appropriate for my PC (just to know my CPU outreaches 60°C when I'm playing PC Games)? Also is there any danger of leakiness?

How hot is your CPU supposed to get at max?
I have no experience with AMD CPUs but for a Intel CPU 60°C would be more than ok.

I´d take a look at some other (better) air coolers with prizes between 40$ and 75$. I don´t think the H60 would be a good advice for you.

As for leaks: In theory, that can always happen. But with those sealed AiO coolers it´s that likely to happen. Also, as far as I know Corsair offeres this warranty to pay for any damages caused by a leak.

As far as I know, the max temperature is 65°C. But that's not the problem, my main problem is the noise that my cooler makes. I want a cooler which can keep my CPU at least under 60°C (my mobo is very weird and increases the RPM at 65°C) , be quiet and not a very expensive one (under 80 bucks).

Ah sorry, didn´t read the noise part of your question.

I don´t know about the pricing in your area so I´ll just give you a couple of good CPU cooler manufacturers to check out. Most of them have coolers in every price segment: Be quiet, Noctua, Phanteks, Thermaltake.

Depends on how much space you have in your case, too, of course.

As for the AiO liquid cooling possibilities: In my opinion, those low end AiO cooling solutions are not really worth it because they are more expensive than a comparable air cooler. So, if you´d want to go the AiO road, you should probably get a dual fan rad. 240mm oder 280mm that is.
But that´s just my opinion.
