which psu to buy in rs 2500

hello mates my pc config is intel g2010 processor giga h61ms1 board
radeon hd 5450 1gb
4gb ram
wd blue 500gb hdd
sony cd/dvd combo drive
and some cheap 550wpsu
i want a recommendations of psu in rs 2500 i actually shelled 500 more from my pocket so cant spend more
although my required wattage is very less should i stick with 550 w or go for 405,500w cause branded ones r costly
reply soon pc gonna blow up soon

mate is the vs 450 a good bu or cx 430 i can afford vs 450 i just need a go on will it last atleast 3-4 years and wont burnout on my low level gc HD5450 if i upgrade it to better gc in future
