Hello, I'am going to build a computer. But I don't know which psu I should buy. I'am going to choose between this two: Silver Power SP-S750 750W PSU and XFX ProSeries Core Edition 650W PSU. So which one should I take for my specs:

And my last question is. How much better is the i7 than the fx 8350 if I'am NOT going to overclock.
