Hello everyone,

I would like to perform an upgrade of some components. But, since i consider myself a casual gamer ( 2h per day max ) i dont want spend a lot of money on it :) . My main reason of upgrading is basicaly for the next games that will come ( witcher 3 , bf4, watchdogs... etc... )

This, is my actual setup, that im able to run tomb raider with some decent performance( at least i think 30/35 fps is good )

CPU : INTEL CORE 2 QUAD Q9550
CPU Cooler: Corsair H50
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-EP45T-UD3LR (rev. 1.0)
Memory: Corsair XMS3 12gb
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 470 SuperClocked
Storage: Samsung 840 250 ssd ( S.O Only and max of 2/3 games installed ) + 1 Seagate 1TB ( storage )
Audio: fast track usb
Power Supply: Antec TruePower 650W

What i would like to change is the MB, CPU and GPU, and after some research i considered the following parts:

CPU : I5 4430 skt 1150
MB : ASUS B85-PLUS
GPU : ASUS GTX770 DC2 OC 2GB DDR5

Since i don't plan to do overclocking, i planned to not spend much on cpu/mb and get a decent graphic card. So, what you guys think about ? The cpu and mb is a good choice? and the gpu would be enough ?

Thanks in advance :)

You have a good system for overclocking your CPU, why don't you want to do that?
The graphics card is definitely good enough.
