Will the FX-8120 cause any bottlenecking issues with a GTX770?

I currently have an AMD FX-8120 system with a GTX550ti. I want to upgrade to the GTX770, but I'm concerned with bottleneck issues considering the history of that CPU. Does anyone see any problems with this setup? Below are the specs of my system.

Mobo: ASUS M5A97 EVO
CPU: AMD FX-8120
RAM: 16GB G.SKILL Sniper Gaming Series DDR3 1600
GPU: Gigabyte GTX550ti (want to upgrade to the ASUS GTX770)
PSU: Corsair 650W 80+ Bronze
SSD: OCZ Onyx 30GB (OS)
HDD: WD Green 1.5 TB (Data & Programs)

My plans are to upgrade my GPU in the next couple weeks and then later this year/early next year, upgrade the rest. I will definitely be switching to an Intel CPU at that time since even from personal experience, they outperform AMD for gaming. I'm not going to speculate what I will get at this point though as I'd rather wait to see what is available at the time.

Basically, what I'm asking is do you think I'd be wasting money doing it in this order? I play Battlefield 3, ArmA 2, and ArmA 3 right now. I'm just looking for smoother performance than 25-35 FPS with lowered graphics.
