Should I change my Windows 7 to 64-bit now?

By the time when I saw the minimum/recommended requirement of running Battlefield 4 and The Witcher 3 is Windows 64-bit, I was immediately astonished to the news as I'm still using "modded" Windows 7 32-bit which is capable of running with 8GB RAM and above.

If I'm gonna change it to 64-bit, I have to do a clean install which is a pain in my ass because I will need to install and DOWNLOAD all of my games from scratch.

BTW, which Windows 7 64-bit edition is the best in terms of price? Most of the time I use my computer only for gaming.
