Fps drop after playing a while

When I was playing games like DotA 2,samp and others,the games where running nice,but since yesterday,I got fps drops.
My Pc is : Dell Inspiron,i7 quad core,nVidia GeForce GT 630M 1 GB,6 RAM.

you might have an overheating issue. Try cleaning any video/system fans and see if that helps. Also have you installed anything in the computer since then? Patches/updates...
