Hey guys, I have a strange problem. So, I was cleaning out my GPU, but then after i connected it back to PC, it wont boot. It gives me one very short beep on start-up, ofcourse with no screen, everything seems to start properly, every fan spins.

So whats the problem ? Like 10 secs after this very short beep, Ill get another one, but thats the classic one, like when the pc boots properly. Help please, and sorry for my bad english.

Reseat the GPU and try again.
Make sure if it needed an additional power connection that it is reconnected.

These are the beep codes for that mobo:

Beeps
Error Message
Description

1long, 2 short Video adapter error Either video adapter is bad or is not seated properly. Also, check to ensure the monitor cable is connected properly.
Repeating (endless loop) Memory error Check for improperly seated or missing memory.
1long, 3short No video card or bad video RAM Reseat or replace the video card.
High frequency beeps while running Overheated CPU Check the CPU fan for proper operation. Check the case for proper air flow.
Repeating High/Low CPU Either the CPU is not seated properly or the CPU is damaged. May also be due to excess heat. Check the CPU fan or BIOS settings for proper fan speed.

Hope that helps somewhat.

I have tryed reseating everything i could, but still same thing happens. Sometimes it beeps once or twice after that one really short beep (Its like half-beep). The most wierd thing is that I havent red about similiar problem yet. This "half-beep" is unique :(

Well the only way you can be sure at this point is to drop another GFX in to ensure it's not the mobo. At least then you'll know what your dealing with. Maybe you could borrow one just to test with? If the GPU is dead, you'll have to shell out for another. But if you have a decent quadcore cpu like a qxx00 then getting a new gfx, maybe GTX650ti Boost would go well with that mobo. It would be a cheap option to getting some life out of your system, before having to shell out loads on new CPU/Mobo/GFX/Ram.
