Hello everyone I am building my first gaming computer and had some questions,

To start I will list my specs:
Case: 200r $50
CPU: i5 4670K $230
GPU: GTX 770 (MSI) $400
Mobo: MSI Z87-GD65
RAM: 8gb DDR3 2400mhz (ripjaws) $65
Cooler: 212 Evo
PSU: TX750 enthusiast series
HDD: 128gb Samsung 840 pro

1) Is my PSU sufficient if I ever wanted to SLI 770s in the future?

2) For a first time builder would you recommend I go with a modular psu or non modular like I have selected.

3) My mobo supports 2133OC and 2600OC. Does that mean my ram won't be compatible? I can also but 2133mhz for $70

4) Anyone have experience with OC genie 4? That's the reason I'm going msi because I want to OC to 4.0-4.2ghz and OC genie 4 looks easy to do so...

Thanks for all the advice!

The PSU is fine. Modular makes it easier for wire / cable management. As for the memory, the 2400 is proabably compatible if the 2600 is. It wil just run at 1600Mhz which is the highest Native speed until it is OC'd. Can't help you on Genie 4 as I use ASUS boards.
