Okay guys so I usually always play on LOW because it is easier for me to see things sharper without AA and all that shit on, I noticed if I turn shadows on High is lowers my FPS by like 5 or 6 without raising my GPU usage a lot which doesn't make sense, but all the info I am showing in the picture was taken mid game with "**TLDR** All Settings On Low and 1920x1080 Windowed Mode running 59-110 FPS, why am do my FPS drop if I raise my settings, but my GPU usage does not ever get up past 75%?

P.S: I am currently RMAing my other stick of 4GB RAM so I am only running on 4Gb not 8. I have been this way for a while though. (too lazy LOL)
