hey all !! I am planning to buy PC i have already purchased graphic card ( VTX HD 7870 Black) and monitor..rest is comming soon so i dont know what CPU should i take FX-8350 or new Haswell i5-4570 ? my pc will be only for gaming nothing else..i dont have much experience about overclocking becuase i had laptop all these years..

Whichever is cheapest. Bear in mind the value of the 3570k is in the overclocking, so your wasting money and loosing out if you can't spend the time and effort on learning to overclock and pushing it to the limit of what you can do with whatever cooler you can afford.

Yes i was thinking the same way so FX is out of game..
Next thing i can take i5-3570k with Asrock s1155 Z77 Pro3 mbo is that good motherboard for overclocking and stuff? or should i choose haswell i5-4570 and Asrock s1150 B85 Pro4 price is almost same and i am really tight with money..

Your first choice is much better - the i5-3570K. Btw, I've got the Pro4, and it works like a charm since I bought it a month ago.
