It's probably not good enough. Get yourself a decent brand 600w unit.

A system with an HD 7790 needs a recommended 430w power supply.

That being said I would not trust your power supply. It's a no name junk brand. If you want something cheap and reliable get a Corsair CX430. Here in the US it's often on sale for less than $30.

Edit:
^ Ignore the people telling you that you need 550-600 watts for an HD 7790. You can trust the Realhardtechx list.

Asalikus please don't recommend Thermaltake as a quality unit. The only Thermaltake model worth having are the higher wattage ToughPower units. Even then I would not recommend them because everything else is junk.

I know it's excessive for the usage but even a bronze rated 600w PSU will be more efficient than the current PSU. It'll last much longer and provide options for later upgrades that a 430w unit can't.

Both the above posts are completely wrong. As you can see here an entire system with an HD 7790 draws a max 225 watts. A 430w power supply easily gives you the recommended 200w overhead needed for safety.

Their test setup:

Bit Tech pulls even less. Their test system with an HD 7790 only pulls a max 178 watts.

Their test system:

•Intel Core i5 3570K (operating at 4.2GHz – 42 x 100MHz)

•Asus Maximus V Extreme motherboard

•2 x 4GB Corsair 2,400MHz DDR3 memory

•Lepa G1600 1600W PSU

•Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

•Samsung SSD 830 256GB SSD

Power supplies are more efficient at 50% load than 20% load.
