How to tell if my computer hardware will fit in a new case?

Im looking to upgrade my computer case to this:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147153&cm_sp=MyNewegg-_-TopSel-_-Pst01Descrip

for the simple reason that my computer has HORRIBLE airflow with no fans other than the heatsink and the gpu.

Currents i have this case (and some of its parts) http://us.gateway.com/gw/en/US/content/model/DT.GE3AA.001

I upgrade the power supply but if the default one fits in the new one i would assume this one would to. I also added a radeon 7770 gpu, and im getting the amd a10 5800k cpu.

I am really bad at this kind of thing, if you need any pictures of like the mobo or anything just let me know, thanks guys!

  1. You'll be fine. The case you're looking at is larger than the one you have.

Thanks, for some reason it looks like it has less space for the mobo but its very possible its the angle, the mobo my computer came with is kind of weird as far as the placement of the gpu but it looks like it will work!

Just to be sure, what model is your mobo?

Are you sure that's the model? I've never heard of it and a Google search yielded no results.

Yes im sure, it came with this gateway computer pre built, it's odd to say the least.
  7. Looking at the computer itself I don't see any reason why it shouldn't fit. I would go for it, Rosewill makes great cases for custom builds.
