My laptop works absolutely fine. My computer frequently gets "limited or no connectivity" and doesn't work

I don't understand what the problem is here. My router is literally 5 feet from the router but the wireless does not work.

I got an ethernet cable and plugged it directly into my router and that still does not work.

What do I do?
