Upgrade your power supply to around 450 watts with a unit from Antec, Seasonic, Corsair, PC Power and Cooling, or FSP (fortran source). Upgrade your graphics card to an HD7670.
If you're really feeling comfortable with upgrades, upgrade your processor to a 95 watt TDP AMD Athlon X4 quad-core processor.

Usually I go for RAM, Video card, and processor, then I make sure the system isn't running too hot (check fans, remove dirt from heatsinks, air holes, etc.)

You didn't mention your OS, but it looks like you are at max RAM now.

From the spec page here:

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&docname=c01959710#N319

There are faster options for your processor. From there, I would get the newest video card that you can afford (that will work in your machine.

Hope that helps!

first ones, PSU then GPU, not the other way around, that 220w will burn out if you put a good gpu there.
i hate branded ones because they use the lowest psu that could find

It's a standard ATX power supply (the most common).

Based on my upgrade recommendations, any of these (save the FSP Group Booster PSU) would work with your system.
