new build advice/compatibility

hey everyone Ive got my funds all lined up and now i just need a little peer review for my system. perhaps checking for compatibility flaws or suggesting cheaper/better parts.

appox purchase date: any day now
budget range: $1600
for gaming
I plan on using my Samsung 32" 1080p widescreen tv for a monitor. (will my gpu support that screen size?)

here is a list of all the components Ive compiled. i hope i haven't forgotten anything... :p

cpu: i5-3570k (im going to oc)
cpu cooler: phantek ph-tc14PE
case: CM Storm Enforcer
mobo: ASRock Z77 Extreme4
gpu:2GB msi gtx 660 ti power edition (this will also be oc)
ram: Corsair vengeance 2 x 4GB DDR3 1600
storage: OEM WD blue 500GB 7200 RPM
and an OEM ADATA 120GB SSD (for my os and a few games)
drives: OEM LITE-ON DVD Burner
psu: Corsair gs800 800W ATX12V v2.3

os and accessories: Razer BlackWidow 2013, Razer Naga, Artic Silver thermal compound, Logiteck G930, MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit oem. (Im pretty sure i wont have troubles with the oem version but let me know if im wrong)

That build is pretty solid but that is quite a large cooler, there's always a chance of it not fitting in certain cases. But I think it should be fine.
That motherboard has 8 gigs of free crucial ram if you get it from newegg.
And if its in the budget you may want to go for like a 770 instead. But if not 660ti will work with no issues.
 
I would rather grab a Radeon HD 7950 over than 660ti. It will perform better with 4 free games included for free.
Drop the thermal compound. The thermal paste that comes with the Phanteks heatsink should be good enough. At best you're only going to get 1-3c lower, which is not worth it.
